The RDL 5 mouse is designed as a universal desktop reader to allow transponders to automatically read information into PC programmes.
Furthermore, the different versions of the RDL 5 make it possible to programme transponders – for example with the highly secure "deister smartframe" as well as customer-specific formats. In addition to 125 kHz card technology it also supports 13.56 MHz smart card technology; using a special version it is also possible to programme microwave transponders.
The RDL 5 mouse is connected to the PC via a USB port, and automatically integrated into the programming software.
The deister smartframe supports programming customer-specific formats from 1-64 bit, which are decoded by all deister readers and converted in the customer interface.
